This document sets out all the rules, conditions, and obligations that apply to using the re999 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account.
Introduction & Applicability
re999 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between re999 and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the re999 website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the re999 platform. re999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
Important: This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to use this service under any circumstances.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use re999's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age. Verification will be carried out based on the date of birth provided at registration. re999 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. If there is evidence that an account is being used by a minor, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
1.2 Geographic Location
This platform operates primarily for the Bangladesh market. Users acknowledge that it is entirely their own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding online gaming in their jurisdiction. re999 does not provide any legal advice on this matter.
1.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each individual may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number will result in all associated accounts being immediately closed.
2. Account Registration & Management
2.1 Registration Process
When registering with re999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not give any third party access to your account. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from the account.
Advice: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the re999 support team immediately and change your password.
2.3 KYC Verification
re999 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
re999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions through methods not listed on the platform are not permitted.
3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for all methods).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
An account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
Note: Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be immediately suspended.
3.4 Deposit Verification
re999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. re999 reserves the right to cancel transactions and notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
re999 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 worth of bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Please note: The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim a welcome bonus only once.
- re999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Opening multiple accounts or using any other strategy to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
- re999 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim at its discretion.
- Bonuses are not transferable to any third party as cash.
4.4 VIP Program
re999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity and participation. re999 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
5. Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All games on re999 are operated using impartial and transparent technology. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play policies. Game outcomes are determined automatically, without any external manipulation or manual intervention.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, server error, or other technical issues, the settlement will be based on the last recorded game state. re999 is not responsible for problems caused by internet connection issues.
5.3 Sports Betting
A bet placed on a sports market will not be considered final until it is confirmed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. re999's decision regarding rescheduled or replayed events is final.
5.4 Live Casino
In a live game session, the dealer's decisions and results are final. If a game session is affected by a technical error, please contact the support team immediately.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the re999 platform, and if detected, the account will be immediately closed:
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Playing using any kind of software bot, script, or automation tool.
- Any attempt to predetermine or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Attempting unauthorized access to re999's systems or conducting cyberattacks.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
- Identity fraud or providing false information.
- Using third-party payment methods.
Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed, deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
re999 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. The information you provide is used for the purposes of delivering services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Selling or unauthorized sharing of data with third parties is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Cookies & Tracking
The re999 website uses cookies to operate correctly and to improve the user experience. Cookies can be disabled through your browser settings, though doing so may cause some services to not function properly.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

- Loss caused by the user's internet connection issues.
- Force majeure — service disruption due to natural disasters, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss caused by errors in software provided by third-party game providers.
- Loss caused by the user sharing their account details with others.
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses — other than direct losses.

10. Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by re999
re999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or deception.
- Account use by a minor.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
- Account inactive for an extended period.
10.2 Closure by Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time. The account will be closed after all outstanding wagering requirements are met and any valid balance is settled. Bonus funds in a closed account will not be refunded.
11. Dispute Resolution
For any dispute with re999, contact the support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
11.1 Complaints Process

11.2 Final Decision
